5 Signs Your Current Relationship Won’t Last Long

You may be confused about your current relationship and the direction it is heading. Every relationship starts happy at first, and then challenges come which then becomes a deciding factor if your relationship will crash or stand the test of time.

Inspired by Lifehack, here are 5 signs your current relationship won’t last long
1. Your needs aren’t being met by your partner
As much as you can’t do everything partner and vise-versa, there are certain things you should be able to do for each other. You and your partner are meant to provide love and support for each other. If they can’t fulfill these simple needs, maybe your relationship isn’t worth it.
2. You become irritated with each other during hard times
Relationships aren’t just about the good times; stronger bonds are formed when couples go through hard times together. Pushing each other away during difficulties would break your relationship down faster than ever.
3. You can’t accept your partner for who they are
If you truly love your partner, then accepting them for who they are should come easy to you. Making them be who they aren’t would eventually backfire and cause a strain in your relationship.
4. Your partner can’t accept you for who you are
Acceptance and love go both ways. Your partner should be able to accept you and your flaws. Being judgmental towards your partner would lead to fights and quarrel. One indicator that your relationship will never work out is your partner not accepting you for who you are.
5. You don’t see a future with them
Making a relationship work requires a lot of time, attention and effort. If you aren’t willing to put in these things into your relationship, it means you don’t see a future with your current partner. To marry someone, you must have envisioned a happy life with them. If you can’t do this, then there’s really no need wasting time. Move on!
