BABS , READY TO LEAD.

 Great leaders are born and Adeyele Babatunde Isaac A.K.A BABS is one. A 300 level undergraduate of Business Administration department in Novena University. With utmost sincerity, passion and zeal, i humbly declare my aspirations to become the next PRESIDENT of the above department. A great leader is one who is outspoken, possess good communication skills,take calculated risks,charismatic,motivational,academically sound, presentable and intellectually eloquent and BABS is not deficient of these qualities. By the grace of God i have been a leader in the school since my first year as the leadership potentials where obviously spotted in a prestigious fellowship on campus. (CASOR FELLOWSHIP) where i served as the FRESHERS PAPA,BROTHERS LEADER and currently the SECRETARY GENERAL,all of which offices i have been able to carve a niche for and pronounce the fellowship to greater heights. My passion for my department without a doubt started as soon as i got into it,supporting the president in a fight to start up its long awaiting departmental week in my 100 level by drafting meaningful award categories,suggestion innovative ideas that has come to stay and physically being of help even without being an exco.


 This enthusiasm didn't stop but proceeded to my 2nd year where i was practically supportive both physically and intellectually which eventually led to the aspirations to become the SECRETARY GENERAL of the department which i currently hold. I am multitasking as SECRETARY in two large organizations in the school and all duties are in order leading to more innovation which is a top quality of a leader,being able to multitask and innovate. I am a creative and an innovative thinker who loves to make positive changes wherever i find myself and i have been able to leave footprints. I am a man with integrity who hates injustice and believe in fairness and always doing things right,in other words i have a strong


hatred for corruption.  I also believe in giving more than receiving which makes me sacrificial in whatever position i find myself so long it develops the parastatal. I intend to carve a niche for Business Administration to become the best department through God' grace and the support of my colleagues plus the potentials and skills i possess. This is a tip to who i am and what i intend to do as other intentions,visions and ideas will be exhibited in my manifesto on the election day. Support Babs, support integrity, support change.
